Who Is Rise 2 Rebuild Reentry ?
Rise 2 Rebuild Reentry is a community-focused organization dedicated to supporting individuals transitioning back into society. We provide structured guidance, referrals, and accountability-based support aligned with rehabilitation and diversion efforts connected to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and the Office of Diversion and Reentry (ODR).
THE MISSION
Transitional Reentry Support
We provide structured guidance for individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community, focusing on accountability, stability, and long-term success.
Housing & Stability Services
We assist participants with access to safe housing options, reentry planning, and supportive environments that promote personal responsibility and growth.
Employment & Life Skills Development
Our program connects participants to job readiness resources, workforce opportunities, and essential life skills training to support financial independence.
Community Reintegration & Support
We work closely with community partners to provide mentorship, referrals, and support services that encourage positive decision-making and successful reintegration.
Drug-Free & Responsible Living
Rise 2 Rebuild Reentry promotes drug-free living as a foundation for successful reentry. Participants are encouraged to maintain sobriety, develop healthy routines, and make responsible choices that support long-term stability, accountability, and personal growth.
Referrals & Community Support
We connect participants with trusted community partners for services such as mental health support, substance abuse counseling, employment assistance, education, and housing resources. Our referral-based approach ensures individuals receive the support they need while building independence.
